Reward Skill Points When Skill Is Known
Some quests reward skills. If you already know the skill, you get nothing. I suggest rewarding a skill point instead if you already know the skill.
For those of us trying to unlock all the skills, skill points are extremely valuable. We avoid buying skills from skill traders because we hope we can find a quest which will reward it later on. Why not reward us for finding and completing these quests by refunding a previously spent skill point? - Ian |

I think they should implement it, but perhaps it keeps people from shopping till they drop at the skill trainer
|
